• First navigate to the account section. Under the password box on the login area is the link for “I forgot my password.” This link will take you to a page where you can submit your email address and a password reset link will be emailed to you.

  • If you don’t receive the link it is possible that you used the guest checkout option when you placed your order. Please contact us at customerservice@gliks.com and we can assist you with activating the account for the order.
