There may be a number of reasons why you have not received your order confirmation email. If you reached the order confirmation page but did not get an email, your email address may have been entered incorrectly or your email may have been filtered to a junk/spam folder. If you did not reach the order confirmation page it is possible that the order was not completed. If you believe that is the case, please verify with your card that you do not have a pending authorization before attempting to replace your order. If you believe you entered your email incorrectly, please email us at customerservice@gliks.com so we can update your order with the correct address.
